PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a fetal heart rate and a maternal heart rate simultaneously using a Doppler probe with an electrocardiogram (ECG) electrode is provided to increase accuracy and speed of a diagnosis by reducing errors in measurement of the fetal heart rate, and simultaneously screen the health condition of a gravida periodically during pregnancy. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a fetal heart rate and a maternal heart rate simultaneously using a Doppler probe with an ECG electrode comprises a handpiece Doppler probe (100) which emits an ultrasound wave to the heart of a fetus, and detects and outputs an echoed Doppler signal; a first ECG electrode (410) which is installed at the handle of the Doppler probe so as to output a maternal electrocardiographic signal according to a cardiac activity of a gravida; a main body (200) of a handpiece measuring device, which is separated from the Doppler probe; a control unit (500) which is installed inside of the main body, and extracts a fetal heart rate and a maternal heat rate by analyzing the Doppler signal outputted from the Doppler probe and ECG signals outputted from the first ECG electrode and from the following second ECG electrode; a second ECG electrode (420) which is installed at the handle of the measuring device, and outputs and delivers the maternal ECG signal to the control unit for potential difference comparison with the first ECG electrode; and a display (300) which displays the extracted fetal heart rate and the maternal heart rate to the outside. The apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that the gravida grips the main body of the measuring device so as to hold the second ECG electrode with one hand, and grips the Doppler probe so as to hold the first ECG electrode with the other hand for delivering the ultrasound wave to the heart of the fetus, so that the apparatus allows the gravida to measure the fetal heart rate and the maternal heart rate of her own simultane
