PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel for tissue reproduction excellent in granulation tissue forming property, a protein solution for tissue reproduction, and a method for producing the gel for tissue reproduction excellent in granulation tissue forming property.SOLUTION: A gel for tissue reproduction contains a protein (A), a cell proliferation factor (B) and water. In the gel for tissue reproduction, (A) is the protein having the following amino acid sequence (X) and/or the following amino acid sequence (X') and the hydrophobicity of (A) is 0.2-1.2. The amino acid sequence (X) is at least one kind of amino acid sequence to be selected from a group consisted of a VPGVG sequence (2), a GVGVP sequence (3), and a GAHGPAGPK sequence (4). The amino acid sequence (X') is the amino acid sequence where one to two amino acids in the amino acid sequence (X) are respectively replaced with lysin or arginine.
