PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a soft drink, a food and a cosmetic capable of easily taking the effective components of Chinese quince extract, vitamin C, vegetable fiber, polyphenol and amydavaline characteristic of Chinese quince fruits.SOLUTION: A Chinese quince fruit product is immersed into water, and is subjected to heating treatment to produce a Chinese quince extract-containing Chinese quince fruit solution and a Chinese quince fruit hydrous product.
