PURPOSE: A sleeve for laparoscopic surgery is provided to form a circular pathway in a lower border, thereby easily installing and removing the sleeve.CONSTITUTION: A sleeve is composed of a lower border(72), an upper border(74), a connection unit(76), and a connection hose(78). The power border is located in an abdominal area. An upper side of the upper border is adhered between an outer periphery of a support member and an inner periphery of a fixing clip member. The connection unit is connected so that the lower border and the upper border are connected.
