The present invention relates to a device for capturing harmful insects such as Aromia bungii, and more specifically, to a device for capturing harmful insects, wherein a main body box made of a light-permeable material is fixed to a tree, and except a front transparent window, which is one element of the main body box, the main body box is covered and shielded from light together with a tree trunk, so that harmful insects inhabiting the tree, due to their phototrophic characteristics, can be lured to the outside and captured. The device for capturing harmful insects according to the present invention comprises: a main body member (100) which includes an opening through which harmful insects are introduced at a rear side of a housing, and is placed on a tree such that the outer surface having the opening is facing outwardly, wherein other sides, excluding the rear side, are made of transparent windows； a net member (200) which is releasably assembled to the front transparent window of the housing； a capturing member (300) which is releasably assembled to a capturing joint opening (120) formed on a lower side of the main body member (100) so as to capture the harmful insects introduced through the opening of the main body member (100)； and a cover member (400) which is joined to a part of the main body member (100) to cover the main body member (100), thereby protecting the same from light, and is made of an elastic material.
