PURPOSE: A penile erection auxiliary device is provided to allow smooth sexual performance and naturally treat penis erection inability as a man who cannot do sexual performance due to insufficient penis development state since the device allows immediate rigid erection of the penis. CONSTITUTION: A penile erection auxiliary device comprises a main body (10) and an erection maintainer (14). The main body is molded in a cylinder shape by using plastic rubber or a silicon material, and has a penis inlet port (11) and a glans penis exposure port (12) that are smoothly inclined at both ends.
