PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care equipment for half-body bathing allowing a part around excretion to be safely cleaned up at ease in an easy posture of a patient whose upper half body is placed on a backrest in the raised state of a bed.SOLUTION: A bathtub sheet 6 is laid under the body in a sheet changing manner in the condition of the patient lying face up on the bed, and a bed backrest 8 on which the upper half body of the patient is placed is put in the raised state. A bathtub plate 10 constituted of side plates 1 formed with three U-shaped faces and opened at one face with both side plates 1 of an opening 9 being located in laterally symmetrical positions and provided with gradients 2 at the tips thereof, is arranged under the bathtub sheet 6 from the foot soles of the patient to the circumference reaching both sides so that the tips 2 of both side plates at the opening 9 come in close contact with the bed backrest 8. The bathtub sheet 6 laid under the patients body is raised to the upper part while contacting the inner surface of the bathtub plate, and then folded to the outside and hung in contact with the outer surface to obtain a surrounded bathtub function to thereby permit half-body bathing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 患者の上半身をベッド背上げ状態の背もたれに乗せた、楽な姿勢で、安全に安心して、排泄回りを清潔にすることを可能にした、介護用半身入浴装置を提供する。【解決手段】患者がベッド上の仰向け状態で、一枚の浴槽シート6をシーツ交換要領で身体の下に敷き、患者の上半身を乗せているベッド背もたれ8を背上げ状態にする。次に、側板1形状がU字型の三面からなり一面が開口している、その開口部9の両側板1は左右対称になる位置にあり、その両側板先端には勾配2が設けられている構成の浴槽板10を浴槽シート6の下、患者の足裏から、両脇に至る周囲に開口部9の両側板先端2がベッド背もたれ8に密着するように配置する。続いて患者の身体下に敷かれている浴槽シート6を浴槽板内面に接触させながら上部まで上げた後、外側に折り曲げ外面に接触させながら垂れ下げることにより周囲が囲まれた形状の浴槽機能となり半身入浴を可能としている。【選択図】図10
