PURPOSE: An automatic manufacturing apparatus of skewered fish cake is provided to automatically produce skewered fish cake in A, B, C, and D shapes by putting a stick into the skewered fish cake.CONSTITUTION: An automatic manufacturing apparatus of skewered fish cake comprises a loading conveyor(110) which is arranged in a caterpillar type a skewered fish cake production unit in which the skewered fish cake in A, B, C, and D shapes is produced through putting a stick into the fish cake multiple lower part fish cake molds(130) on which the skewered fish cake products are assortatively loaded a position fixing pin which fixes the orientation of work by limiting the movement of the loading conveyor an upper part fish cake mold which fixes the fish cake on the lower part of the fixing cake molds and a stick supplying unit which penetrates the supplied stick into the fish cake. The lower part fish cake molds comprise a mold plate(131) which combines with the loading conveyor an A-type fish cake loading unit which loads a pipe type fish cake to the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the mold plate(132) a B-type fish cake loading unit(133) which loads folded fish cake while the stick is inserted into the fish cake a C-type fish cake loading unit(134) which inserts and loads a C-type fish cake and a D-type fish cake loading unit(135) which loads cylindrically shaped fish cake along the longitudinal direction of the mold plate. In the A-type fish cake loading unit, multiple A-type support boards are separately arranged. The major axis is parallel to the major axis of the mold plate, and an accommodating groove where the lower part of the pipe type fish cake is loaded on the upper facet is formed.
