In the postoperative period, electrostimulation of the duodenum is performed. Antiseptic solution is introduced through laparoports, and in the antiseptic medium ultrasonic sanation of the abdominal cavity is performed, changing the solution to pure water. Aspiration of the antiseptic is performed and "Remaxol" solution is injected into the abdominal cavity 2 times a day in amount of 200.0 ml, with a course of at least 3 days.
