To provide a pen-type syringe mounting aid capable of accurately mounting a syringe needle to a pen-type injector regardless of who is in any situation. A pen-type syringe needle attaching / detaching auxiliary tool 1 is mainly composed of a gripping part 11, a collar part 14, and a stopper part 13 in which an insertion hole 12 into which a pen-type syringe 2 can be inserted is formed. When the injection needle is attached to the pen-type injector 3, the user holds the grip portion 11 with one hand, and inserts the insertion hole 12 toward the needle case 5 installed at the other end of the grip portion 11. The pen-type injector 3 is inserted through the opening on one side, and the injection needle is passed through the rubber stopper 32 at the tip of the pen-type injector 3 to complete the attachment.
