An ash-collecting and discharging device for a grain dryer comprises a body, a fan unit and a driving unit. The body is a hollow barrel and has an air inlet, an air outlet and an internal surface diffusing around the air inlet. The fan unit has an external surface which is installed in the body to be rotatable, induces external air into the body through the air inlet, makes the external air flow to the outside of the body through the air outlet and diffuses to form an incline path between the body and the fan unit.
