The present invention relates to a top-down and anti-freezing livestock barn sterilization system. According to the present invention, the top-down and anti-freezing livestock barn sterilization system includes: a lift including a pair of rollers installed on the ceiling of the livestock barn while having a predetermined roller therebetween, wires installed to be connected to the rollers, and a motor which is connected to one of the rollers to move the wires along the rollers while receiving the power from outside and rotating in normal and reverse directions； an anti-freezing spray means which is installed to be connected to the lift, moves along the wires, and sprays a sterilization solution onto the floor of the livestock barn in accordance with the commands from a control unit； and the control unit which controls the anti-freezing spray means and the lift while being installed to electrically communicate with the same. When the livestock barn is sterilized, the inside can be also sterilized in a top-down scheme while preventing freezing by covering the spraying means from the outside and reducing the installation area.
