A composition comprising a hydrogel polymer is disclosed. The hydrogel polymer comprises oxidated hyaluronic acid and a dihydrazide, in which the dihydrazide cross-links the oxidated hyaluronic acid. The hydrogel polymer exhibits the following properties: a) transparent and colorless and b) transforming from a liquid state into a gel-matrix at 37 C. These characteristics make it useful as a vitreous humor substitute.Linvention porte sur une composition qui comporte un polymère sous forme dhydrogel. Le polymère sous forme dhydrogel comporte de lacide hyaluronique oxydé et un dihydrazide, le dihydrazide réticulant lacide hyaluronique oxydé. Le polymère sous forme dhydrogel présente les propriétés suivantes : a) il est transparent et incolore, et b) il se transforme dun état liquide en une matrice de gel à 37°C. Ces caractéristiques le rendent utile comme produit de remplacement dhumeur vitrée.
