According to the present invention, provided is a postural balance training system which comprises: a footstool part allowing a user positioned thereon to get postural balance training, sensing the barycenter and foot pressure of the user, and transmitting the sensed data to the outside； a biosignal measurement sensor attached to the body of the user； and a main body part displaying content associated with the postural balance training of the user, calculating the pressure center after receiving the data on the foot pressure of the user, and receiving the biosignal of the user from the biosignal measurement sensor so as to assess posture balancing capability of the user.본 발명에 의하면, 사용자가 위치하여 자세균형 훈련을 실시하며, 사용자의 족압 및 무게중심을 감지하여 외부로 전송하는 발판부； 상기 사용자의 신체에 부착되는 생체신호 측정 센서； 및 상기 사용자의 자세균형 훈련에 관련된 컨텐츠를 보여주며, 상기 사용자의 족압을 전달받아 압력 중심을 산출하고 상기 생체신호 측정 센서로부터 상기 사용자의 생체신호를 전달 받아 상기 사용자의 자세균형 능력을 평가하는 본체부를 포함하는 자세균형 훈련 시스템이 제공된다.
