The present invention relates to a method for producing hot pepper paste, wherein grains including glutinous rice and starch are steamed and pulverized in order to be saccharized by adding malt, and seasonings such as green hot pepper powder, ramie powder, fermented soybean powder, shiitake powder, ramie enzymes, starch syrup, and salt are added, mixed, and aged in a jar. Based on 100 parts by weight of green hot pepper paste, 25 parts by weight of green hot pepper powder, 15 parts by weight of ramie powder, 10 parts by weight of fermented soybean powder, 10 parts by weight of shiitake powder, and the appropriate quantity of salt and starch syrup and added and mixed. In the present invention, hot pepper paste is produced using green hot pepper powder instead of red hot pepper powder. Accordingly, the hot pepper paste of the present invention can have different flavors and tastes from existing hot pepper paste, and various flavors and curiosities of customers can be satisfied. Moreover, ramie powder is added so as to prevent the discoloration of the hot pepper paste in a process of producing hot pepper paste using the green hot pepper powder so that the green color can be maintained for a long time. In addition, minerals such as protein, calcium, and magnesium and various anti-oxidative ingredients included in ramie leaves are used for the hot pepper paste of the present invention so that well-being ramie leaves can be provided along with nutrients such as protein, sugar, carotene, and vitamin included in hot pepper paste. Accordingly, bowel movement can be activated to help diet. Constipation can be prevented. Hemostasis can be improved, and osteoporosis can be prevented.
