The invented medical wire welding device is composed of a base, a welding unit and a clamping unit. The welding unit is provided on the base and has a protective air tank and a welding gun. The protective air tank is pierced through to form a positioned perforation. The welding gun is set in the protective air tank. The clamping unit is provided on the base. The clamping unit has a clamping apparatus. The bottom of the clamping apparatus is protruded to form a positioning portion. The clamping apparatus has a wire hole pierced through up and down. The positioning portion is selectively inserted in the positioning perforation of the welding unit. The invention uses the clamping apparatus to hold a core wire portion and a winding portion.
