The present invention relates to: a fusion protein including an RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) sequence in charge of fibronectin-derived cell binding, a heparin-binding domain (HBD), and an osteocalcin domain to exhibit an effect in remarkably promoting cell binding, cell proliferation, and ossification differentiation； a polynucleotide for coding the fusion protein； a fusion protein expression vector including the polynucleotide； a transformant having the vector induced therein, and producing the fusion protein； a method for producing the fusion protein by using the transformant； a pharmaceutical composition including the fusion protein for preventing or treating bone diseases； and a pharmaceutical composition including the fusion protein for regenerating a bone or a tooth. The fusion protein of the present invention includes not only an RGD sequence but also a heparin-binding domain, so it has been confirmed that various cell activities such as cell binding, cell proliferation, and ossification differentiation can be more activated, compared to conventional fusion protein including only an RGD sequence. Accordingly, the fusion protein of the present invention can be widely used not only in preventing or treating bone diseases but also in regenerating a damaged bone or tooth.피브로넥틴 유래 세포결합에 관여하는 RGD(Arg-Gly-Asp) 서열 및 헤파린 결합 도메인(heparin-binding domain, HBD)과 오스테오칼신 도메인을 포함하여, 세포결합, 세포증식 및 골형성 분화를 현저하게 촉진시킬 수 있는 효과를 나타내는 융합 단백질, 상기 융합 단백질을 코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 융합단백질 발현용 벡터, 상기 벡터가 도입되어, 상기 융합단백질을 생산할 수 있는 형질전환체, 상기 형질전환체를 이용하여 상기 융합단백질을 생산하는 방법, 상기 융합 단백질을 포함하는 골질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 및 상기 융합 단백질을 포함하는 골 또는 치아 재생용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 융합단백질은 RGD 서열 뿐만 아니라 헤파린 결합 도메인을 포함하여, RGD 서열만을 포함하는 종래의 융합단백질에 비하여, 세포결합, 세포증식 및 골형성 분화와 같은 다양한 세포활성을 더욱 활성화시킬 수 있음을 확인하였으므로, 골질환의 예방 또는 치료 뿐만 아니라, 손상된 골 또는 치아를 재생하는데에도 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
