Provided are a portable low-frequency electrical stimulation device and a control method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable low-frequency electrical stimulation device comprises: a header for transmitting low-frequency electrical stimulation while pressurizing a body part at the same time； and a main body unit for generating a low-frequency signal for electrical stimulation, and applying the same to the header.
