The present invention provides a maxillary sinus drilling kit for a flapless surgery in order to prevent a maxillary sinus membrane from being damaged by eliminating an alveolar bone exposed through a minimum gum hole to an accurate depth in bone grafting within the maxillary sinus for an implant surgery. The drilling kit of the present invention comprises: a surgical guide having a fixing groove part which is formed according to a profile set through a three-dimensional surgical guide image obtained by image-matching a three-dimensional outer shape image corresponding to a three-dimensional image of the oral cavity of a patient photographed by CT and the three-dimensional image obtained by oral scanning in order to encase the oral cavity and be fixed, and an arrangement reference surface formed flatly on an edge of a guide hole formed along a location in which a fixture is implanted； a drilling device having a shank part connected to a dental handpiece, a drill part connected to the shank part to integrally rotate and having a cutting edge on one end thereof, a stopper disposed on the outer circumference of the drill part and constrained by the arrangement reference surface to control insertion depth of the cutting edge； and a hollow auxiliary stopper inserted detachably into the space between the stopper and the arrangement reference surface to control the insertion depth.임플란트 시술을 위한 상악동내 골이식 시술시 최소한의 잇몸 구멍을 통해 노출된 치조골을 정확한 깊이로 제거하여 상악동 막의 손상을 방지하도록, 본 발명은 CT 촬영을 통한 피시술자 구강 내부의 3차원 이미지 및 오랄 스캔을 통한 상기 3차원 이미지에 대응되는 3차원 외부형상 이미지를 영상 정합하여 획득된 3차원 수술가이드 이미지를 통해 설정된 프로파일로 형성되어 상기 구강 내부를 감싸 고정되는 고정홈부가 구비되며, 픽스츄어의 식립 위치를 따라 형성된 가이드홀의 테두리에 평탄하게 형성된 정렬기준면이 구비되는 서지컬가이드； 치과용 핸드피스에 연결되는 생크부와, 상기 생크부에 연결되어 일체로 회전되되 단부에 절삭날이 형성되는 드릴부와, 상기 정렬기준면에 구속되어 상기 절삭날의 삽입깊이를 제한하도록 상기 드릴부의 외주에 구비되는 스토퍼를 포함하는 드릴장치； 및 상기 스토퍼와 상기 정렬기준면 사이에 탈착식으로 삽입되어 상기 삽입깊이를 조절하는 중공형의 보조스토퍼를 포함하는 무피판거상 시술을 위한 상악동 드릴링 키트를 제공한다.
