PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl house ventilation apparatus having a system as simple as possible which has no fear that the opening and closing device is buried in the snow at normal snowfall amount or that cannot be opened quickly when necessary due to freezing, and in which water, snow ice, dust and the like are not adhered to a take-up portion so as not to be rolled in.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises an opening and closing sheet 2 for opening and closing a side window and a take-up bar 3 for taking up the opening and closing sheet 2.
