The present invention relates to a system and a method for inducing a blood flow rate by using a signal intensity of TOF-MRA which induce extraction of a blood flow rate and a hemodynamic factor through normalization of a signal intensity of TOF-MRA. The method for inducing the blood flow rate by using the signal intensity of TOF-MRA according to the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring a cross-sectional image of a blood vessel through TOF-MRA detecting a boundary area of blood vessels in the cross-sectional image of the blood vessel and pseudo-coloring an image within the boundary area normalizing a signal intensity of the pseudo-colored image, extracting the normalized signal intensity, and searching for a correlation with the blood flow rate and configuring a correlation equation through the correlation between the normalized signal intensity and the blood flow rate.La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour induire un flux sanguin en utilisant lintensité de signal dARM par temps de vol induisant lextraction dun flux sanguin et dun facteur hémodynamique en normalisant lintensité de signal dARM par temps de vol.
