PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transpulmonary medicament administration device capable of sending the medicament to every corner of fine pulmonary alveoli, with it completely synchronized with respiration timing of a person or the like.SOLUTION: A transpulmonary medicament administration device 1 includes an airtight space 124, and the airtight space 124 includes thoracic cavity storage parts 11 and 12 in which at least the thoracic cavity of a living body 1 breathing using the lung is disposed. A control part controls an internal space atmospheric pressure variation parts 21 and 22, and drives the internal space atmospheric pressure variation parts 21 and 22 to make the atmospheric pressure of the internal space 124 lower than atmospheric pressures of other spaces.
