PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for counting fine particles, which enables artificial bolus to be easily rolled to such a proper thickness as not to crush the fine particles, even by a user being a general consumer.SOLUTION: A preparation for counting fine particles is used for mastication efficiency measurement using artificial bolus containing the fine particles finely crushed and mashed by mastication and having a spherical shape when they are not masticated. The preparation comprises an intermediate plate part, an upper plate part and a lower plate part. The intermediate plate part has a subject arrangement hole in which the artificial bolus is arranged.
