PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated denture base or denture adaptable to many patients, and simplify a denture fabrication process.SOLUTION: A denture is produced by using: a standard maxillary denture base in which, when the length of a segment PQ between a point P equivalent to a left-side pterygomaxillary notch of a base rear edge and a point Q equivalent to a right-side pterygomaxillary notch is 1, the length of a segment OM between a point O equivalent to a superior labial frenulum falling under a midline of a labial base edge, and a midpoint M of the segment PQ is 0.76-1.14; a standard mandibular denture base in which, when the length of a segment pq between a point p equivalent to a left-side retromolar bulge of the base rear edge and a point q equivalent to a right-side retromolar bulge is 1, the length of a segment om between a point o equivalent to the inferior labial frenulum falling under a midline of a labial base edge and a midpoint m of the segment pq is 0.74-0.94; and a liner having durometer A hardness of less than 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 多くの患者に適合可能な既製の義歯床又は義歯を提供するとともに、義歯作製工程を簡略化する。【解決手段】 床後縁の左側翼突上顎切痕に相当する点Pと右側翼突上顎切痕に相当する点Qとを結ぶ線分PQの長さを1とした場合、唇側床縁の正中にあたる上唇小帯に相当する点Oと線分PQの中点Mとを結ぶ線分OMの長さが0.76~1.14である上顎基準義歯床と、床後縁の左側臼後隆起に相当する点pと右側臼後隆起に相当する点qとを結ぶ線分pqの長さを1とした場合、唇側床縁の正中にあたる下唇小帯に相当する点oと線分pqの中点mとを結ぶ線分omの長さが0.74~0.94である下顎基準義歯床と、デュロメータA硬さが55以下である裏装材と、を用いて義歯を作製する。【選択図】 図1
