Aptamers, polynucleotides which participate in preventing the Porcine Respiratory and Reproductive Syndrome virus (PRRSV) infection of cells, and nucleic acid molecules, which include a polynucleotide sequence capable of specifically binding the polypeptides domain of the PRRSV that controls infection, constitute the core of the present invention. Also provided are methods of using such nucleic acid molecules, polynucleotides and synthetic antibodies directed against these, for detection, treating and neutralization of PRRSV infection.Cette invention concerne principalement des aptamères, des polynucléotides qui participent à la prévention de l'infection des cellules par le virus du syndrome respiratoire et reproductif porcin (PRRSV), et des molécules d'acide nucléique, qui contiennent une séquence polynucléotidique capable de se lier spécifiquement au domaine des polypeptides du PRRSV qui commande l'infection. Des procédés d'utilisation de ces molécules d'acide nucléique, polynucléotides et anticorps synthétiques dirigés contre ceux-ci, pour la détection, le traitement et la neutralisation de l'infection par le PRRSV sont en outre décrits.
