PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter for correcting a hallux valgus, keeping on exerting force for correcting a hallux to a normal attitude in a wearing state without being required with work for securing a state of pulling the hallux to the varus direction separately from work for getting on and wearing the supporter.SOLUTION: This supporter includes: a bag-like hallux storage part 2 capable of covering the hallux from the tiptoe side a first metatarsal bone fastening part 3 capable of fastening a first metatarsal bone to the valgus direction a connection part 4 connecting the hallux storage part 2 and the first metatarsal bone fastening part 3 and an expandable/contractible reinforcing belt 5 having one end part 51 fixed to the hallux storage part 2 across the connection part 4 and the other end part 52 fixed to the first metatarsal bone fastening part 3. In a wearing state that the hallux storage part 2 stores the hallux and that the first metatarsal bone fastening part 3 covers an instep and a sole, the reinforcing belt 5 disposed along the inner side of a foot in a state that tensile force stronger than the connection part 4 acts pulls the hallux storage part 2 toward the first metatarsal bone fastening part 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】履いて装着する作業とは別に母趾を内反方向へ引っ張る状態を確保するための作業が要求されず、装着状態において母趾を正常姿勢に矯正する力を発揮し続ける外反母趾矯正用サポータを提供する。【解決手段】母趾を爪先側から被覆可能な袋状の母趾収容部2と、第1中足骨を外反方向に締付可能な第1中足骨締付部3と、母趾収容部2と第1中足骨締付部3を連結する連結部4と、連結部4を跨いで一端部51を母趾収容部2に固定して他端部52を第1中足骨締付部3に固定した伸縮可能な補強ベルト5とを備え、母趾収容部2により母趾を収容して第1中足骨締付部3により甲及び足底を被覆した装着状態において、連結部4よりも強い引っ張り力が作用した状態で足の内側に沿って配置される補強ベルト5により、母趾収容部2を第1中足骨締付部3側に引っ張るように構成した。【選択図】図1
