PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly accurate setting of a refractive index of a used flush solution without requiring special knowledge.SOLUTION: An initial refractive index is set, and a catheter is then disposed in a jig having a known shape and filled with a flush solution, to reconstruct a cross-sectional image. A user then designates the shape of the used jig.
