PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair in which arm supports are attached detachably to a body frame and to enable the open angle and the height of the arm supports to be adjusted easily.SOLUTION: Arm support receptacles 11 are arranged on a back frame 9 of the body frame 5. The arm support receptacle 11 has a fitting hole 111 and also an abutting surface 112 and engaging grooves 113 on the top face. The arm support receptacle 11 is formed so that the arm support 10 can be inserted to make the arm support 10 detachable. The arm support 10 has an arm support body 12 and a clamp member 13. The clamp member 13 is fitted to the arm support body 12. The clamp member forms an abutting surface 131 on the bottom face and has engaging projections 16 projecting downward.
