PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably generate nanobubbles from microbubbles by alleviating the work of sterilizing and/or cleaning CT (Couette-Taylor) reactor having a narrow gap which form a helical quasi-micro reaction channel by enhancing the efficiency of a chemical process.
SOLUTION: 1. A minute bubble generator is coupled with a CT (Couette-Taylor) reactor to enable the sterilization and/or cleaning of the gap of the reactor by the radical generation and/or physical action of bubble collision caused by minute bubble collapse. 2. A microbubble generator is coupled with an electrode-fitted CT (Couette-Taylor) reactor to enable the extraction and generation of nanobubbles by electric discharge or electrolysis. 3. An instrument for freely changing the angle between the rotary shaft common to the coaxially rotating inner cylinder and the horizontal plane or the perpendicular line is further equipped to enable the assurance of the apparatus inclination which stabilizes the reaction within the apparatus.
