PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical manipulator allowing the initial position when a treatment is performed using a treatment tool within a body cavity to have a positional relationship in which it is easy to perform the treatment.SOLUTION: A guide member installed in the medical manipulator mutually guides to both conditions, that are: the first condition in which the position of a base end part of a first transmission member is fixed to a longitudinal member in a longitudinal direction, and the position of a base end part of a second transmission member is moved in the longitudinal direction with respect to the longitudinal member, corresponding to the movement operation of an operation part from a first position to a second position upon guiding a first guide part and the second condition in which the position of the base end part of the second transmission member is fixed to the longitudinal member in the longitudinal direction, and the position of the base end part of the first transmission member is moved in the longitudinal direction with respect to the longitudinal member, corresponding to the movement operation of the operation part from the second position to a third position upon guiding a second guide part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】体腔内で処置具を用いて処置を行うときの初期位置を、処置を行いやすい位置関係とすることができる医療用マニピュレータを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の医療用マニピュレータに設けられた案内部材は、第1のガイド部の案内における操作部の第1の位置から第2の位置までの移動操作に応じて、第1の伝達部材の基端部の位置を長軸部材に対して長手軸方向に固定すると共に、第2の伝達部材の基端部の位置を長軸部材に対して長手軸方向に移動させる第1の状態と、第2のガイド部の案内における操作部の第2の位置から第3の位置までの移動操作に応じて、第2の伝達部材の基端部の位置を長軸部材に対して長手軸方向に固定すると共に、第1の伝達部材の基端部の位置を長軸部材に対して長手軸方向に移動させる第2の状態と、の両方の状態に互いに案内する。【選択図】図1
