The present invention is to provide an ophthalmic surgical unit comprising: a support unit providing an electrical path； and a probe unit including a first section unit and a second section unit which are made of a conductive material, wherein the first section unit is coupled to the support unit and the second section unit is integrally formed and connected with the first section unit and is exposed to the outside of the support unit at the front thereof. Since the predetermined section of the probe unit is exposed to the outside of the support unit, no insulating material is required, and the thickness is reduced.
