The present invention provides a novel Lactobacillus strain, a novel Bifidobacterium strain, or mixed lactic acid bacteria thereof isolated from kimchi or human excrement. The Lactobacillus strain or the Bifidobacterium strain according to the present invention is isolated from kimchi or human excrement, thereby having high safety and having various physiological activities such as an antioxidant activity, -glucuronidase inhibiting activity, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) generation inhibiting activity, or tight junction protein expression inducing activity.
