Disclosed are compositions for oral administration, comprising partially hydrolysed collagen combine with a soluble keratin, and optionally one or more of piperine, manganese, and catechin extract or epigallocatechin gallate. The compositions according to the invention are useful for the treatment of cartilage disease, osteoarthritis and joint disease with an inflammatory component.
