To provide an endoscope case which is made of a simple material, has excellent cushioning property, can prevent failure of the endoscope due to vibration and impact, and can easily take out and store the endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope case 100 comprising an outer box 110 made of cardboard paper as a raw material and a cushioning material 120 contained in the outer box 110 and made of foamed resin. The outer box 110 has a bottom wall 111, a side wall 112, an opening 110 a, an upper lid 113, and a connecting portion 114. The cushioning material 120 has a lower cushioning material 130, an upper cushioning material 140, and an intermediate cushioning material 150. The lower cushioning material 130 has a concave holding portion 131 for holding the endoscope.
