PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-stabilized oral solid composition, by easily preventing amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof from discoloration and decomposition due to light.SOLUTION: An oral solid composition (which is a composition comprising no mannitol) contains at least one excipient selected from the group consisting of (a) amlodipine besilate, (b) iron oxide and (c) calcium carbonate and crystalline cellulose and has no coating layer.
