Drying apparatus includes: a drying apparatus body formed by dividing a predetermined space in the inside into multiple sections； a hot air chamber including a hot air device which is installed in the drying apparatus body and generates heat conduction and a radiation heat source； a drying chamber which communicates with the hot air chamber and performs a drying process for drying agricultural products with radiation energy by using hot air flowing from the hot air device； and a recollection member which has one end portion connected to the drying chamber, and the other end portion communicating with one side of the hot air device, dehumidifies air, which is discharged from the drying chamber and contains moisture, by passing the air through a dehumidification device, and provides the dehumidified air to the hot air device. The hot air device is a ceramic heat generation body formed by stacking a plurality of heat generation rods formed by compressing and molding a mixed material of silicon carbide and boron nitride. The hot air device re-provides the dehumidified air to the drying chamber to perform the drying process. The drying apparatus prevents the oxidation of agricultural products by drying the agricultural products using hot air from radiation energy and anions.건조기는 내부의 일정 공간을 복수개의 영역으로 구획된 건조기몸체； 건조기몸체의 내부에 열전도와 복사 열원이 발생되는 발열체인 열풍기가 설치된 열풍실； 열풍실과 연통되어 열풍기로부터 유입된 열풍이 복사 에너지로 농산물을 건조하는 건조 공정을 진행하는 건조실； 및 일단이 건조실과 연통되고 타단이 열풍기의 일측과 연통되며 건조실로부터 배출되는 습기를 함유한 공기를 제습장치를 통과시켜 습기를 제거하여 열풍기로 공급하는 회수부재를 포함하며, 열풍기는 탄화규소, 질화붕소의 원료를 배합하여 압축 성형으로 이루어진 발열봉을 복수개로 적층하여 형성된 세라믹 발열체이며, 습기를 제거한 공기를 건조실로 재공급하여 건조 공정을 진행한다.
