A tubular member for suction devices, in particular saliva ejectors composed of a tubular member and a tip, is made of plasticized PVC with a core made of a metal wire. The metal wire has to adhere to the tubular member to avoid longitudinal mutual sliding of the two elements. The adhesion is assured, without using glue, by the molecular structure of the PVC near the surface of the metal wire which is obtained by properly heating the metal wire just before it enters an extrusion head in which the tubular member is created.La présente invention concerne un organe de forme tubulaire pour aspirateurs, notamment des éjecteurs de salive constitués d'un organe de forme tubulaire et d'un embout, réalisés en PVC plastifié avec un noyau en fil métallique. Le fil métallique doit adhérer à l'organe de forme tubulaire pour éviter le glissement longitudinal mutuel des deux éléments. L'adhésion est assurée, sans utilisation de colle, par la structure moléculaire du PVC à proximité de la surface du fil métallique qui est obtenue par le chauffage approprié du fil métallique juste avant qu'il ne pénètre dans une tête d'extrusion dans laquelle l'organe de forme tubulaire est fabriqué.
