This document provides a combination of treatments that can treat (including reducing) substance sclerosis and/or improve cardiovascular outcomes. Generally speaking, this includes the first LDL-C reductant other than PCSK9 (for example, an LDL-C reductant or other reductant other than PCSK9).Plus a second PCSK9 inhibitor (for example, an antibody to PCSK9 or anti-RNA). Both treatments are designed to reduce the target LDL-C level to a very low level in a suitable time.
