PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an image to be reconstituted by suppressing a rotary part from vibrating around the rotary center of a tilt part when a subject is scanned by rotating the rotary part, where an X-ray rube and an X-ray detector are attached to an annular frame, around the subject in the X-ray CT apparatus having the tilt part.
SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes: a base table 25 the tilt part 13 supported by the base table 25 so as to be rotatable around a spindle 27 a tilt driving part 7 for rotating the tilt part 13 at an arbitrary angle around the spindle 27 the rotation part 12 which has the annular frame 28, and the X-ray tube 9 and the X-ray detector 10 attached to the frame 28 and opposed each other. and which is supported by the tilt part 13 so as to be rotatable around the center of the frame 28 and a brake 8 for fixing the tilt part 13 to the base table 25.
