The present invention relates to a method for breeding livestock by feeding livestock with Soonmool (a liquid byproduct of bean curd). According to the present invention, Soonmool, usually disposed as waste water, is fed to livestock. Therefore, environmental pollution can be prevented by recycling a resource a livestock breeding period is reduced and a rate of gain is increased due to rich nutrients of the Soonmool and thus the method for breeding livestock by feeding livestock with Soonmool contributes to increase of farmers&prime income.
