PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter equipped with ground implements capable of carrying out automatic lifting and lowering control of rotors over a seedling planting part.
SOLUTION: The rotors 27a and 27b can be lowered automatically, to perform land grading operation, and a headland or the vicinity thereof that readily becomes rough in a field can be graded surely, when a levee clutch is turned off in the headland and the vicinity thereof, and the like, because a motor 63 for lifting and lowering the rotors is moved to a position where the land grading rotors 27a and 27b perform ground work on the field, when a levee clutch lever sensor 19a senses that the levee clutch is located at off position.
