PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin holder that enables adjustment of a tension of a thread wound around a bobbin to be performed easily and enables the bobbin to be attached and detached very easily.SOLUTION: A fly-winding bobbin holder is provided with a hollow pipe-shaped thread nozzle into which a thread, which is a wound yarn, is introduced and supplies the thread through a tip of the thread nozzle, a bobbin holding part that detachably holds a bobbin around which the thread is wound, a plate-shaped flange part that constitutes one end side of the bobbin holding part, and an arm part that extends from the flange part in the radial direction of the bobbin and to which the thread nozzle is attached. The bobbin holding part has a block construction. A distance between a pair of magnets mounted in an axial direction is adjusted to change attracting force of the magnets.
