PURPOSE: A polymer concrete composition is provided to prevent the composition from interfering the growth of plants or microorganisms, and to secure enough strength, durability, and structural stability by containing a polymer, fly ash, and expanded perlite. CONSTITUTION: A polymer concrete composition contains 10-20 parts by weight of water, 5-15 parts by weight of polymer, 15-25 parts by weight of fly ash, 30-40 parts by weight of sand, and 5-20 parts by weight of expanded perlite. The polymer contains 60-70 parts by weight of glycol, 10-20 parts by weight of isocyanate, and 3-7 parts by weight of ionic center. The glycol is obtained by mixing one or two compound selected from polypropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, or 1,6-multihydroxyhexane. A purification structure includes a vegetation box (100) installed inside a water tank. A gravel layer (110) is formed inside the vegetation box. An inner box (200) is installed inside the gravel layer.
