PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow needle-like body device having such a simple structure that the hollow needle-like body device is easily and quickly stuck into a region of a skin and reliably injects the entire of the desired amount of an injection liquid into intradermal tissue of the region through through-holes of needle-like bodies without shifting laterally during the sticking, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A hollow needle-like body device includes: a main body 14 having hollow needle-like bodies 12 formed on one surface 14a and having through-holes 12a extending from the another surface 14b to outer surfaces of the needle-like bodies 12 and projections 12b which are provided on peripheral edges of openings on the outer surfaces of the needle-like bodies 12 in the through-holes 12a, respectively, and each have a dimension that is smaller than that of the needle-like body 12.
