A healthcare mat made with rolling and kneading massage heads (1) and characterized in comprising: a mat body (2) and cylindrical rolling and kneading massage heads (1) arranged in an array on a mat body surface layer (2.1). A housing base (1.2) for the rolling and kneading massage heads (1) is also provided with a mounting base plate (1.21). Mounting holes (1.21A1, 1.21B1, 1.21B2, and 1.21B3) are provided on the mounting base plate (1.21). Corresponding mat mounting holes (2.11, 2.12, and 2.13) are provided on the mat body (2). An insertion pin plate (1.6) also is provided below the mat body (2). A press plate (1.64) is provided on the insertion pin plate (1.6). Insertion pins (1.60, 1.61, 1.62, and 1.63) also are provided on the insertion pin plate (1.6). When mounted, the rolling and kneading massage heads (1) are on the upper side, the mat body (2) is in the middle, and the press plate (1.64) is on the lower side. The insertion pins (1.60, 1.61, 1.62, and 1.63) run through the mat mounting holes (2.11, 2.12, and 2.13) on the mat body (2) and then are inserted into the mounting holes (1.21A1, 1.21B1, 1.21B2, and 1.21B3) so that the mounting base plate (1.21) being on the upper side and the press plate (1.64) being on the lower side are tightly attached to the mat body (2). By means of fitting the pins and holes, the mounting base plate (1.21) for the rolling and kneading massage heads (1) is attached and fixed to the mat body surface layer (2.1). The healthcare mat made with the rolling and kneading massage heads (1) obviates the need to employ an electric device and utilizes movements of the human body itself to allow rolling balls (1.1) to roll and thereby producing rolling and kneading massage effects.
