PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device by which a calculus (for example, a stone) is recovered and eliminated from a part of a human organism such as a ureteral calix and a ureter.SOLUTION: A calculus recovery device 130 comprises: a urethroscope a long member 131 of which dimension is formed to be a size capable of being positioned inside of a renal pelvis a cylindrical member 172 which is slidably positioned inside of the long member a space which is formed between internal surface of the long member and external surface of the cylindrical member to be capable of being connected with a syringe 50 supplying fluid and a ureteral calix cover 132 which is expandable/contractable. A lumen of the cylindrical member can be connected with a fluid source 60 supplying the fluid and is constructed so that fluid from the fluid source is discharged from the lumen of the cylindrical member through a discharge nozzle, or the lumen is introduced to another portion of the renal pelvis to move the calculus positioned in another portion of the renal pelvis.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】腎盂腎杯または尿管のような人体の一部から結石(例えば、石)を回収や除去するための装置を提供する。
