PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely store data in an external storage medium even when a power switch is turned off before data is completely transferred to the external storage medium.SOLUTION: A battery power source 28 is provided in a processor unit 12A together with an AC-DC power source 27. A power source monitoring and switching circuit 29 switching the power source of a sub CPU 26, an internal memory 19, and the external storage medium 24 between the AC-DC power source 27 and the battery power source 28 is provided. The power source monitoring and switching circuit 29 detects that the AC-DC power source 27 has been turned off and selects the battery power source 28 as a power source.
