PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device unit, an ultrasonic probe, and an ultrasonic device capable of outputting a proper ultrasonic wave from an ultrasonic device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device unit comprises: an ultrasonic device that includes first to n-th vibrators, and first to n-th device side terminals connected so as to correspond to the respective vibrators and a flexible printed board connected with the ultrasonic device.
