PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product manufacturing device which can suppress a change in basis weight of the absorbent product due to difference in raw material of textile material, and can stably manufacture the absorbent product of consistent quality.SOLUTION: A absorbent product manufacturing device includes: a rotational drum 2 on an outer surface of which a plurality of collection recesses 22 are formed； a duct 4 for supplying a textile material 31 in a scattering manner to the outer surface of the rotational drum 2； a textile material supplying part 5 for supplying the textile material into the duct 4； and mold release means 6, 6A for releasing the deposit formed in the collection recesses 22 as an absorbent product from the collection recesses 22.
