A lighting window (38a, 38b) is formed with the end surface, disposed in an ejection path (59, 60) of the nozzle device, for applying light to the object. A suction opening (31) is formed in the end surface, for suction of fluid from the body cavity. A tapered surface (46) is formed around the viewing window, and inclined toward the end surface. An inclined guide surface (48) is formed to extend from the tapered surface with an inclination between the viewing window and the suction opening, for guiding the water.
